Returns Policy VAULT 6725
 
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of in store purchase; only if a store receipt is provided and if items have not been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state, no makeup or tan present and tags must not be removed. 

Online purchase returns may be accepted within 7 days from collected parcel date; only if a store receipt is provided and if items have not been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state, tags must not be removed. Items will undergo a quality check and once cleared and approved bank transfer or store credit will be issued.
 
We recommend you thoroughly review your item before purchasing if in store and try on the item for size. In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, VAULT 6725  is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind.  Note: we do not stock each sizes for every dress style
 
Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings and shoes are unable to be returned.
 
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. All returns should be sent via registered post with parcel tracking. Items lost in the post are not the responsibility of VAULT 6725.
